Contract execution

Your personal data will be used to provide the information, goods and services offered through our website to you, for billing and order fulfilment.

When you place an order with us, payments are processed using Stripe, a third-party service, and your card details aren't stored anywhere. Read the Stripe privacy policy at this address https://stripe.com/gb/privacy before making a purchase.


Email newsletter

If you sign up to our newsletter we may use your email address to send you information about products or services.

You can opt out of these at any point and you can ask for personal data to stop being recorded at any time.

Billing information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

2. Product information


Our guarantee covers two product ranges, "sleeves" and "accessories" for which there are separate conditions.

Included in the "sleeves" range are iPhone, iPad, MacBook sleeves. These items are guaranteed for a period of 2 years, starting from the date you receive them.

The "accessories" range includes the card holder, passport fold, and cable clip products. These items are guaranteed for a period of 5 years, starting from the date you receive them.

Any other products not listed are not subject to a guarantee. This section will be updated as more products are added, and each may have its own distinct guarantee.

We will repair, or if impossible, replace the product in question with one of equivalence. Please contact us if you have any questions about the guarantee, returns policy or an order with which you are unsatisfied.


What is covered

The guarantee we offer applies to manufacturing defects and workmanship issues present when the item was produced.

You can expect the goods to remain of satisfactory quality throughout their reasonable life expectancy, so long as they are maintained correctly and not misused. This for example does not include unreasonable damage, accidents, cosmetic damage or changes, or expected wear through the life of the product.

The guarantee applies within the United Kingdom. For purchases made elsewhere, the guarantee is provided at our discretion. Within 30 days of receiving we will send a repair or replacement

Your statutory rights are not affected by this guarantee.


How to claim

Visit the contact page and fill out the included form, or contact us using the email address contact@outlineleathergoods.com. You will receive a response within 7 days to begin the process.

3. Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling-off period" of 14 working days, beginning on the day you receive the goods. We extend this period to 30 days, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, and it is in as new condition, you can return it to us within the period at your expense for a refund.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us at 23 Fellows Way, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21 4JP at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:

  • for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned

However, as stated on the returns page, we will endeavour to accept personalised items for returns if possible. If you are truly unsatisfied with a personalised item, please contact us to discuss further.

4. Notices

All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In providing the the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee.

5. Conclusion

These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
